I have a vintage Gaultier Short sleeve shirt from the mid 80s with the back strap cut out detail just like that top...Designers really do copy each other.
Love that last jacket; wouldn't think it would be men's, but that kind of makes it all the better.

agree with billythe kid, gaultier is the original.
plus the boys above are either a bit too thin or a bit too fat to wear these. they don't pull it off
